The New Year has begun with a long awaited cold snap. Whilst the rest of the UK are getting a bit of snow the Camel Trail is cold and little icy in patches but no snow as yet. It has snowed a couple of times over the years, just look in our winter album to see examples, but it's definitely not cold enough this year - yet! We have however been experiencing some of the most beautiful sunshine, for the last week at 2pm on the dot. It lasts for an hour or so and although it is short lived my goodness is it lovely to see!
I've included some pictures from a damp Camel Trail from the first week in January. Although there were a lot of puddles the rain held off and we had a lovely afternoon in Padstow with the family. Arrived home with some tired and mucky bottomed children who I believe slept very well that night!
